Red Sea Riviera Egypt
We are delighted to offer this luxury hotel in Egypt’s most popular resort. Join our host for a good value five-star holiday at a child-friendly hotel with lots of facilities including a free Children’s Club.
The Red Sea Riviera offers fabulous weather, with daytime temperatures typically between 25-30+° C while the sea itself is in the mid 20°s C throughout the year!
Sharm El Sheikh sits on the tip of the Sinai desert peninsula, beside the sparkling turquoise sea. Behind Sharm the desert landscape climbs up to the peaks of Mount Catherine and Mount Sinai itself, while the coastal oases are bordered by palm trees and carefully-tended gardens.
Egypt offers superb value and you will find a high staff to guest ratio for attentive and friendly service. Because there is so much space along the coast, development is low-rise and spread out, giving a luxurious sense of space.
The 5-star Baron Resort has won many awards and offers the most fantastic standards combined with what the hotel describes as ‘Premium all-inclusive’ value.
Resort Information
What is there to do in Sharm El Sheikh? Everything you can imagine… or nothing at all if you prefer! Today Sharm exists almost solely to cater for holidaymakers who come to make the most of almost 60 kms of sandy beaches beside the warm sea.
For daytime activities, watersports are the big draw, from simple snorkelling to windsurfing and parasailing. The Red Sea really is one of the world’s top dive locations. There are natural coral reefs to discover as well as wreck sites and there is no better place to learn to scuba – so it’s no surprise that our hotel has its own Dive Centre!
Dive sites include the ‘Coral Garden’ off Tiran Island which offers the chance to see angel fish, butterfly fish and banner fish. Closer to home – in fact to the left of the hotel’s own private beach – is another coral area just right for divers and snorkelers.
Excursions out into the desert are on offer, with a range of Bedouin camp experiences from camel rides to campfire feasts and 4x4 trips – or take a trip to St Catherine’s Monastery in the Sinai Desert. Our resident host is happy to co-ordinate family and group excursions.
And then there’s the sun and the sand and the option just to relax and soak it up – remember to pack a high SPF lotion for all the family!
